The current bus garage is not natural gas safe, having open-fire ceiling mounted heaters, open areas where sparking activities take place and electrical outlets that are not spark-free. The park plans to advertise a contract to replace the heating system with a circulating hot water system, install a natural gas detection system, install a ceiling ventilation system which includes a vehicle exhaust vent system, build a fire wall between two maintenance bays, install a restroom, build a second floor office addition and modify all electrical circuits to be safe.
