This sources sought announcement is issued for the purpose of identifying sources for operation of the Navy Array Technical Support Center (NATSC), Little Creek, VA. NATSC is the Designated Overhaul Point (DOP) for repair and refurbishment of U.S. Navy Towed Line Arrays (TLA), including: SURTASS Production Baseline Array (PBA), SURTASS Reduced Diameter Array (RDA), SURTASS A180R Array, AN/SQR-19(V) TLA, TB-16 and SPALT 9080. Additionally, NATSC is the designated retrofit facility for the SURTASS PBA to A180R configuration. Request information regarding capabilities and TLA repair/refurbishment experience only.
