The requirement is for the installation of Grounds for Play playground equipment to be provided as GFE. The safety of the playground equipment correlates to the installation of the rubberized surfacing and the equipment. The rubber surfacing and the installation of the equipment must be performed simultaneously. The installation must meet the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines.
