Contract will be a combination fixed-price and indefinite quantity contract. Each depot water distribution system consists of groundwater wells, domestic and fire booster pumps, two elevated storage tanks, and a 500,000 gallon concrete ground level storage reservoir, mains, services, valves and appurtenances. The DDJC is operated under the guidelines of California State Water Resources Control Board, and Department of Health Services. In addition to normal operating staff, a State Certified Laboratory is required to maintain state certifications for sampling, analysis and reports on both drinking water and waste water. Period of Performance is Base Year -- November 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999 and one Option Year. Standard Industrial Code is 4952 for which the Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 Million.
