Thomas, 501-964-7298 Contractor shall furnish all labor, cleaning supplies, plastic trash bags, dusting materials, hand-tools, power tools, equipment, transportation and supervision and place into operation a continuing program of custodial (housekeeping) and landscape maintenance on all above-ground buildings, parking lot and grounds at the Blanchard Springs Caverns Visitor Information Center, audio visual room, and includes three (3) terminal buildings and Entry Station in accordance with the specifications and provisions of the contract.
