The Army requires an agreement with contractor to print and distribute an annual Civilian Enterprise Guidebook/Telephone Directory and Map for Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia. The Guidebook/Telephone Directory and Map shall be printby the offset printing method. Number of Distribution Copies: Guide- book/Telephone Directories -- no less than 20,000 and no more than 26,000 copies; Map -- no less than 23,000 and no more than 29,000 copies. Guidebook/Telephone Directories shall be magazine size -- 8.25 x 10.75 -- (unless agreed upon mutually by printer and publisher) and shall be properly bound with quality, three-knife, fine edge trimming. The installation map will be full color reporduction photography and editorial text of interest to newcomers and visiting personnel. On one side of the map will be detailed installation maps, and on the reverse, detailed maps of Hinesville and Coastal Georgia for easy access to Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia on color stock. All maps will be detailed with high quality cartography. Delivery of the Guidebook/Telephone Directories shall be made within 120 calendar days after receipt of contract award. The maps shall be delivered within 45 days following publication, but no later than 90 calendar days after delivery of Guidebook/Telephone Directory. Costs of publications and profits to contractor will be solely from advertising solicited by the contractor providing publishing services. The contract period shall commence 1 January 1999 and shall continue through 31 December 1999. The contract will contain option periods to extend the contract term for four additional one-year periods.
