Support Center, Ft. Belvoir, VA has a requirement for Contractor-Owned,
Contractor-Operated Petroleum Storage facilities located in the San
Francisco Bay area.The requirement is for storing and distributing
approximately 150,000 barrels of JP-8 (minimum of 2 tanks required)and
120,000 barrels of JP-5 (minimum of one tank required). Where two or
more tanks are provided for a single product, the tanks must be
interconnected (by product) and isolated from othere facilities and
products handled within the tank farm. Estimated throughput for each 12
month contract period is 5,748,000 barrels (JP-8 = 3,300,000 Bbls; JP-5
= 2,448,000 Bbls). Receiving/Shipping Capability: Pipeline -- 24 hours
per day, 7 days per week at receiving rates compatible with
proprietary sources. The terminal must have the capability to receive
fuel from all San Francisco Bay area refineries (either directly or via
the Kinder-Morgan Energy Pipeline System). Tanker/Barge 24 hours per
day, 7 days per week with receiving rates of 10,000 and 2,000 barrels
