Z -- SOIL & WATERSHED ROADS PROJECT, KAIBAB NATIONAL FOREST SOL RFQ R3-07-98-24 DUE 100998 POC Sue Domina, Procurement Assistant, 520-635-8344 This project consists of the blading of Forest Roads 141, 74, 75 and 76 (19.3 Km), the cleaning of existing culverts, the supplying and installation of corrugated metal culverts; removal and disposal of existing culverts, the construction and reconstruction of Outsloped Drains and Natural Drainages (some armored), the supplying, hauling and placement of crushed rock for ditch check dams and riprapping of roadway ditches and shoulders as shown in the drawings and designated on the ground. The location of this project is the Kaibab National Forest, Williams, Arizona, from Exit 165 on I-40 turn north on State Route 64 to Milepost 191.1; turn east on the Spring Valley Road; proceed east 10.7 kilometers (6.6 miles) to the BOP of Forest Road 141 and follow the vicinity map in the drawings to the remainder of the project roads.
