A horizontal baler with left side eject, tongue and groove(or equal) ram and floor (not less than 1/2" thick), materials selector switch, low oil shutdown, oil cooler, and 208 Volt/30 HP (or larger) power pack. Cardboard bale size shall be approx. 78"L x 48"W x 48"H, and the bale size for other materials approx. 72"L x 42"W x 42"H. Clear top feed opening shall be approx. 50"L x 46"W. Cycle time (empty) shall be approx. 20 seconds, platen force of approx. 126,000 lbs, platen pressure of approx. 64 PSI, and penetration of approx. 16". Outside dimensions shall be approx. 22' x 13'. Must be compatible with sliderbed balerfeed conveyor (L/I 0002). MFR: Marathon Equipment, Model SE504842-830 or equal.!! L/I 0002. Sliderbed Balerfeed Conveyor. Unit shall be approx. 23'L x 42"w", and must be elevating with a shaft elevation NTE 12', an incline NTE 25 degrees, and a hopper of approx 2.5 cy. Conveyor construction shall be of 11 gauge or better, rigid panel construction for the trough, upper sides of approx. 20", and load bars approx. T83x2x1/4. Conveyor belt shall be a 220# 2-ply rubber belt with vulcanized rubber cleats (or better), BEEFY x approx. 3"tall, spaced at approx. 48" C/C. The shaft assembly shall have a lag pulley of approx 9" w/keyed hubs, or better. Unit shall have an electronic V.8 drive AC with approx. 3 HP 230V motor drive and #80 roller chain, continuous guards on 3 sides and 2 remote E-stops. Unit must be compatible with baler (0001).
