Elmendorf AFB, AK has a requirement to purchase 2 complete UHF SYSTEMS -- 2-line Haw Rural Radiotelephone Link; all antennas, feedlines, and hardware to install the system; all labor to install both ends of the systems; all shipping and programming costs. One system will be installed between Metlakatla and the Hemlocjk Bay Camp, and the other system will be installed between Ketchikan and the Annette Bay Base Camp both on the Anette Island, Alaska.
