This notice is to advise industry of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a U.S. Army CECOM IDIQ requirements contract for an AS-4461, High Gain Antenna and AS-3567, Medium Gain Antenna. The High Gain Antenna will have production quantity ranges as follows: Range A; 1 to 25, Range B; 26 to 75 and Range C; 76 and above. The High Gain Antenna will also have 4 100% Option Years with the same range quantities. The Medium Gain Antenna will have production quantity ranges as follows: Range A; 1 to 100, Range B; 101 to 300 and Range C; 301 and above. The Medium Gain Antenna will also have 4 100% Option Years with the same range quantities. The solicitation will contain a Statement of Work, a Description of each Antenna and a Product Specification for each Antenna. Delivery for the High Gain Antenna will be to New Cumberland and delivery for the Medium Gain Antenna will be to Raytheon Systems at Fort Wayne, IN. Proposals submitted in response to the RFP will be evaluated using best value basis for award.
