NAVSEA intends to make a sole source award to Frequency Engineering Laboratories Corporation (FEL), Centeral Avenue, Farmingdale, New Jersey 07727-0527. FEL is the only qualified manufacturer of the Multi-Function Controller (MFC) and possesses the necessary data, facilities, personnel, test capabilities, and engineering/manufacturing expertise for this follow-on procurement to satisfy the required installation schedule.
