The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, TX intends to negotiate sole source with Work Management Solutions, Inc. (WMS) for consulting and training services on MultiTrak. MultiTrak is proprietary software developed by WMS. Responses must be in writing and must be received within 6 calendar days of this notice. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they have the experience and technical expertise to provide the consulting and training services on the proprietary software identified herein. Responses must also include a priced proposal and written references. Written references with their names and phone numbers must clearly and convincingly demonstrate that consulting and training services on MultiTrak were provided and were deemed satisfactory. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. If one is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
