The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, tools, instruments, transportation and supervision necessary to process and reduce various size tires, foliage debris to include but not limited to: trees, shrubs, leaves, lumbers, rubbish, garbage and other discarded solid materials and metals in accordance with the requirements specified. All tires and foliage debris to be mulch or shredded under this contract shall be disposed of within the landfill with full compliance of all federal and local laws. Metal products shall be disposed off through Defense Reutilization Materials Office (DRMO) at COMNAV Marianas, Guam.
