The contract will provide necessary effort to procure material and repair, modify, and restore Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), Support Equipment (SE), and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE); and, engineering studies/analyses. The contract will be issued on a sole source basis to Raytheon E-Systems, Inc. -- Waco based on unique expertise gained during the development and production of the E-6 Block Upgrade and ABNCP modifications.
