NAVAIR intends to modify Contract N00019-93-C-0100 to procure one Module 5 and three Module 10 or other quantities deemed by Congress. Rolls-Royce is the sole developer and manufacturer of the F405 engine and is the only known source with the unique experience and technical data required to perform this effort.
