Fixed price Indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity type contracts with Economic Price Adjustment provision. Economic price adjustsments will be allowed in conjuction with the contractors' commercial practices. Multiple Awards. Small business size standard o f750 applies. Issue date will be on or about September 21, 1998. This solicitation will be a "standing " solicitation. The solicitation will be issud on an open-and-continuous basis and will not contain a closing date for receipt of offers. New offers may be sumitted at any time. The Federal Suppy Schedule will no longer have a prescribed beginning and ending date. The FSS performance period will be continous. There will be variable performance periods for individual contracts. Performance will commence on the date of award (DOA) and expire five years from that date, unless cancelled, terminated, or extended pursuant to any option provisions included in the contract. All contracts under this Multiple Award Schedule solicitation will include an option to extend the term of the contract. The option clause may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of the contract period shall not exceed five years..All contracts will include the Industrial Funding Fee requirement.
