FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue a directed sole source procurement to IBC Advanced Technologies, American Fork, UT, under authority of FAR 6.302-1 for the design, manufacture and installation of a molecular recognition technology system, including system and engineering services. This announcement is published as a Total Small Business Set-Aside action per FAR 52.219-1 and 52.219-6; all eligible, responsible sources may submit an offer. This synopsis/solicitation is prepared in accordance with FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
