This procurement is being processed on a sole source basis becau= se the = Atlantic Fleet Headquarters Support Activity has identified that Excalibu= r = Technologies=92 EFS HPUX Operating System Retrievalware is the only Comme= rcial = Off the shelf product which will provide active notification and IT-21 da= ta = synchronization while also meshing with the pre-existing CINCLANTFLT LAN = env ironment.
