On the synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the Emergency Rescue Vehicle for USCG Integrated Support Command Kodiak, Alaska add the following items to the description: RESCUE BODY -- The rescue body should be a minimum of 16 feet long behind the patient transport area and equipped with brushed aluminum roll up doors. The first compartment in front of the rear wheel well shall have a slide out tray and accessible from both sides of the vehicle. PATIENT TRANSPORT AREA should be constructed horizontally and meet BLS standards with rescue body mounted behind this area. COLOR -- two tone, top of cab to be Pierce 10 white, remainder of unit to be #40 lime green with white reflective safety striping 6" Scotchlite full length of vehicle on both sides to conform to present equipment collaring. LETTERING -- each side of rescue body shall contain US COAST GUARD FIRE & RESCUE in 5" smart gold, roman font, LH shade/RH outline. Vehicle number on top of cab and on all four sides R-47. RADIO EQUIPMENT: present radios in all ISC fire vehicles are Motorola with 16 channels, channels are designated as follows: 1. Mil/Police 165.2625; 2. Fire/ Medical 165.3125; 3. Base Common 165.3375; 4. Public Works 165.2125; 5. POL 164.3000; 6. Bayside fire 155.0550; 8. Kodiak fire 153.7700; 9. Womans bay fire 154.9800; 10. ISC 171.3625; 11. Logistics 167.9000; 12. Disaster 155.9550; 13. KIH 155.1600; 14. Harbor Master 156.150; 15. VHF-16, and 16. VHF-22. Each vehicle is also equipped with a second radio which is an Airport air/ground ICON/ICA200 radio with 121.90 MHz-Ground and 119.80 MHz Air to ground.
