(1) The work includes the furnishing of all labor, approved materials, transportation, equipment and other incidental work required to complete 1) Construction of one (1) masonry unit building to house Govt. furnished boom reel and skid-mounted hydraulic power unit and engine unit. 2) Construction of concrete foundations for the government furnished boom reel and skid-mounted hydraulic power unit and engine unit not enclosed in a building. 3) Provide electrical power to the external floodlights and interior lighting in the building as indicated. 4) Transportation and installation of two (2) oil spill boom reels and two (2) skid mounted power and engine units. 5) Provide catalog cuts for all equipment and buildings provided, excluding Govt. furnished equipment. 6) Install Government furnished equipment as stated above and assure that equipment is fully functional 7) Provide labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation to performall the work described in this Task Order Scope of Work and other related incidental work.
