Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to repair the Area II Gym floor at Nellis AFB NV. Work shall include, but not be limited to the partial replacement of an existing wood basketball court floor with new wood floor to match existing, including replacement of all damaged subfloor; resanding entire court; and repainting all basketball court boundaries and game lines. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 60 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1752 with a three year average annual emerging small business size standard of $3.5 million. It is anticipated that the proposed contract listed here will be restricted to ESB concerns; however, all firms are requested to respond to this notice if interested in bidding. If a sufficient number of qualified ESB firms do not respond, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
