Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to abate, handle, store, and dispose of asbestos containing materials (ACM) in three (3) military family housing units at Nellis AFB NV. ACM may be found in floor tile, roof, carport roof, popcorn ceiling, and kitchen sink. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 60 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1799 with a three year average annual emerging small business size standard of $3.5 million. It is anticipated that the proposed contract listed here will be restricted to ESB concerns; however, all firms are requested to respond to this notice if interested in bidding. If a sufficient number of qualified ESB firms do not respond, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
