Work consists of providing all labor, supplies, material, supervision, transportation, equipment, and all else necessary to repair storm damaged light-weight clay tile roofs in the Manch Manor Housing area at Nellis AFB NV. The estimated dollar value of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 with a performance period of 45 calendar days. The applicable SIC for this acquisition is 1761 with a three year average annual emerging small business size standard of $3.5 million. It is anticipated that the proposed contract listed here will be restricted to ESB concerns; however, all firms are requested to respond to this notice if interested in bidding. If a sufficient number of qualified ESB firms do not respond, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted.
