This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; as written quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number B/CA-R76518 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). All references to "offers" are understood to be "quotation". The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-05. This solicitation is set-aside for small business in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.105(a). The United States Information Agency, Office of Cuba Broadcasting has a requirement for a Simplified Acquisition. This RFQ is for TV PORTABLE EDITING SYSTEM WITH POWER SUPPLY OR EQUAL ALL MAJOR UNITS MUST BE CONFIGURED FOR 120V. The Standard Industrial Code is 3663. SX Portable Systems w/Soft Case, Model/Part No. LCDN25SFT, Qty 1; Item 5. Battery Charger for use with up to four Lithium-Ion battery packs, Model/Part No. BC-L100, Qty 1; and Item 6. 90 Watt-hour Lithium-Ion rechargeable battery packs w/built-in LED capacity indicator, maximum voltage 16.8 DC, Model/Part No. BP-L90A, Qty 4.
