The requirement:TRANSIENT SYMPTOMATIC EVENT DETECTION SERVICE TO INCLUDE CARDIOBEEPERS ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. 1. CONTRACT SHALL PROVIDE NAVAL MEDICAL CENTER SAN DIEGO, CARDIOBEEPERS AS NEEDED ON A LOANER BASIS TO BE KEPT BY THE CARDIOLOGY CLINIC. 2. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE UNLIMITED MONITORING SYMPTOMATIC TRANSMISSIONS FOR OVER A THIRTY (30) DAY PERIOD, COMMENCING UPON APPROVAL OF THIS CONTRACT. 3. PATIENT EDUCATION CALL MADE 24 HOURS-48 HOURS AFTER ENROLLMENT AND ON DAY 14 IF NO TRANSMISSION IS MADE BY THE PATIENT. 4. ALL TRANSMISSIONS ARE FAXED. 5. KING OF HEARTS, PRINCE OF HEARTS CARD MONITORS PROVIDED. 6. END OF TEST SUMMARY REPORT LISTING ALL TRANSMISSIONS MADE BY PATIENT. MONTHLY REPORT LISTING ALL PATIENT ENROLLED DURING MONTH. 7.
