Request for Proposal (RFP) N00164-98-R-0149 incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 90-45 and Defense Acquisition Circular 9-11. The Standard Industrial Classification for this procurement is 3571 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for this requirement. Warranty requirements are: On-Site service for all parts and labor for a period of three (3) years. Provide response-next business day, Repair-two business days. Delivery shall be F.O. B. Destination to Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN. by 30 September 1998. Pricing shall be provided for the following quantities 100 to 125 and 126 to 150. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. For purposes of the Prompt Payment Act, the Government will inspect and accept or reject supplies within 30 days after receipt at destination. The Government's Warranty requirements are as stated above. The provisions a FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, apply to this acquisition.
