The period of performance will be on about 01 NOV 98 through 30 SEP 99 with 2 options years beginning 01 OCT 99. Most of the maintenance required by the contract is to be provided under a monthly maintenance agreement. Serial numbers and models will be provided in the equipment list. A second part of the contract will be for time and materials, designed to provide repair for any other Memorex equipment in use throughtout the Depot. The equipment on the equipment list consists of the following: 20 each -- Model 1324 printers; 90 each -- Model 1330 printers; 39 each -- Model 1471 terminals; 181 each -- Model 1481 terminals; 433 each -- Model 1482 terminals; 28 each -- Model 1191A terminals; 25 each -- Model 1151 terminals; and 10 each -- Model 1199 coax eliminators.
