The Department of Veterans Affairs, Austin Automation Center (AAC), Austin, TX intends to negotiate sole source with Compuware Corp. for cross-servicing rights for the proprietary software, ABEND AID XLS and FILE AID MVS. The VA AAC currently holds a license to use the software. The cross-servicing rights provide additional license for the VA AAC to process third party data. Responses must be in writing and must be received within 6 calendar days of this notice. Third party firms will be considered only if responding with clear and convincing evidence that they have been granted rights by Compuware Corp. to provide cross-servicing rights for the proprietary software identified herein. No solicitation documents are available and requests for such will be considered non-responsive. If one is issued, no additional notice will be published.
