Hochmuth, Contracting Officer, (850) 882-4802 x5263 The Air Force Development Test Center (AFDTC), Eglin AFB, FL, intends to award a contract to furnish all labor, tools, parts, equipment and transportation necessary to perform preventive maintenance, trouble shooting, technical consults and interim service, including, but not limited to, repair, modification, installation, transfer, and removal of direct digital control (DDC) equipment for the heating ventilation & air conditioning air handling units (AHUS) and fans at the Eglin Hospital, Eglin AFB, Fl 32542 IAW the statement of work. Work includes electrical and control cable pulling services associated with system modifications, incorporating new equipment, and other necessary changes to keep the DDC system operational and the hospital's HVAC system energy efficient. All service personnel shall have a minimum of two (2) years experience with Siebe/Robertshaw DDC systems and a certificate of training to validate proficiency of skills to repair and maintain Siebe/Robertshaw DDC Systems. The company shall be a licensed Siebe/Robertshaw distributor with remote dial-in access capability with the existing, installed system for trouble shooting and system diagnostics. Response time for interim service calls is four (4) working hours after placement of call, and emergency response time is two (2) hours and shall be provided twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including Federal holidays.
