for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR
subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in
the notice. A written solicitation will be issued upon request. This
is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-98-Q-3FABV9. This
solicitation document will incorporate provisions and clauses that are
in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-05. The standard
industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000
employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide
all labor, material, services, and equipment on USCGC SPENCER
(WMEC-905) to perform the following dockside service: Preserve the
Flight Deck including port and starboard boat decks and Talon Grid
Cover. Specifications to be provided on request. Performance Period is
October 3 -- November 2, 1998. Place of Performance is Boston, MA.
