This amendment does not change the Specifications of the effort to be performed. However, it does allow for the solicitation to be released by hard copy and electronically. All requests for the solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be in writing to either the Contracting Officer or Contract Specialist. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject synopsis and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to re-issue the solicitation by way of both the Internet and hardcopy.
