Service shall include all labor, tools, equipment, supplies, and transportation necessary to provide initial delivery and set-up of an oxygen delivery system with periodic scheduled patient follow-up visits and emergency response as necessary. The contract is expected to be for the period of 10/27/98 -- 9/30/99.
