The orthodontist shall be a graduate of an American Dental Association (ADA) accredited dental school possessing a Doctor of Dental Services (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), or a combination of dental and medical degrees (DDS/MD or DMD/MD), possess current certification in cardio pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and/or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and shall have been employed 18 of the last 36 months full-time in the practice of orthodontics or a recent (1-year) graduate of an accredited orthodontic dental training program prior to start of contract.
