INTERCAT EX-S03 SORBENT DESC: The U.S. Department of Energy's Federal Energy Technology Center (FETC), Pittsburgh, PA intends to award a fixed priced purchase order to Sierra Pacific Power Co., Sparks, NV for Intercat EX-S03 Sorbent. This purchase order is being issued to Sierra Pacific Power Company because the Government requires identical characteristics to the Sierra Pacific Sorbent, and only sorbent from this batch will meet the Government's needs. This request is considered to be sole source to Sierra Pacific Power Company. Therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
