FISC Norfolk Det-Phila is soliciting on an unrestricted basis: all responsible sources may submit a proposal. The requirement is for Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract for commercial catered noon meals for authorized Naval Reserve Personnel for the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, 3010 White River PRKWY E DR, Indianapolis, IN 46208. The base period of performance is from 1 Oct 98 thru 30 Sept 99, plus 2 option years. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001 -- Catered Noon Meals, for authorized Naval Reserve Personnel of the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Indianapolis IN, in accordance with the statement of work. CLIN 0001 has a period of performance from 1 Oct 98 thru 30 Sept 99. CLIN 0002 is the same as CLIN 0001. The period of performance for CLIN 0002, the first option year, is from 1 Oct 99 thru 30 Sept 00. CLIN 0003 is the same as CLIN 0001. The period of performance for CLIN 0003, the second option year, is from 1 Oct 00 thru 30 Sept 01. The food is to be served buffet style, "All You Can Eat". Food is to be served in the contractor's facility with seating capacity for 150-SERLES personnel. Maximum quantity per year is 7200 meals. Meals to include: Meat dish with 4 oz. of meat left after being cooked; Choice of two (2) vegetables; Healthy salad with dressings; Choice of two (2) desserts; Choice of six (6) beverages; Appropriate condiments. **Note** Any fish served must have an alternate entree with it. Contractor facility must be within 4 miles of the Naval Reserve Center, with ample parking. Serving time will be from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday for the dates specified below. If different serving times are required,the Naval Reserve Center will notify the contractor 3 days in advance. Scheduled required delivery dates of meals for the base period: 3-4 Oct 98; 17-18 Oct 98; 7-8 Nov 98; 21-22 Nov 98; 5-6 Dec 98; 19-20 Dec 98; 9-10 Jan 99; 23-24 Jan 99; 6-7 Feb 99; 20-21 Feb 99; 6-7 Mar 99; 20-21 Mar 99; 10-11 Apr 99; 17-18 Apr 99; 1-2 May 99; 15-16 May 99; 5-6 Jun 99; 19-20 Jun 99; 10-11 Jul 99; 17-18 Jul 99; 14-15 Aug 99; 21-22 Aug 99; 11-12 Sep 99; 18-19 Sep 99. Additional delivery dates may be requested due to changing of drill dates and rescheduled drilling reservists.
