The Navy requires four each Flat panel Displays, BARCO Model Number RFD251-S or equal manufactured in accordance with NSWC Crane Salient characteristics. The panels shall be LCD active matrix, minimum 20.1" screen size, with maximum physical dimensions of 16" high, 19" wide, and 5" deep. Maximum weight is 30 lbs., maximum power consumption is 200W. An LCD flicker compensation feature is required for the Navy's application. The displays must meet the requirements of MIL-STD-901 shock test, MIL-STD-167-1 vibration, and MIL-STD-810E Methods 501.3 and 502.3 temperature.
