DFAR Clause 252.211-7003 -- Brand Name or Equal -- is included in this solicitation by reference. The salient physical, functional, and other characteristics which "equal" products must meet are specified in the solicitation. If quoting other than brand name product, the bidder must provide the manufacturer's brand, model or part number, along with technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements of this solicitation. b. The Contractor shall extend to the Government the full coverage of any standard commercial warranty normally offered in a similar commercial sale, provided such warranty is available at no additional cost to the Government. c. When submitting bids, state the individual price of each item, the extended price (individual item X the quantity) and the price total of all items bid under this solicitation. d.
