Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a one year, with two option years, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for delivery to Miami, FL. Four Line Items. Line Item 1: Sheeting, FAB0982, cotton, polyester, champaigne, 66", 50,000 yards, maximum quantity is 50,000 and minimum guaranteed quantity is 10,000 yds. Line Item 2: Sheeting, 81", same, FAB 0983, 60,000 yards maximum quantity, minimum guaranteed is 15,000 yards. Line Item 3: Sheeting, 90", same, FAB0984, 30,000 maximum quantity, minimum guaranteed is 5,000 yards. Line Item 4: Sheeting, 72", same, maximum quantity is 10,000 yards, minimum guaranteed is 10,000 yards. Delivery is initial delivery 45 days after receipt of order, and 5 days thereafter, unless within 45 day period amount ordered exceeds inventory stock level, then 45 day delivery. Delivery order limitations are: minimum: 10,000 yards per line item, and, maximum: 30,000 yards per line item, except Item 4, and 120,000 yards maximum quantity per order.
