materials shall be delivered to, stockpiled on, the Bear River
Migratory Bird (MBR) in Box Elder County, approximately two (2) miles
west of Bringham City, Utah. Rock dimension is six (6) to eighteen (18)
inches in size and will be delivered on request to sites at water
control structures specified on the vicinity map. Quantity is estimated
at 3,000 tons. Delivery to begin upon award of purchase order and to
continue for up to one year until the quantity if filled. Delivery
schedules may be modified according to road conditions and weather
events. Intermittent periods of no deliveries will occur when roads are
too soft. Request for quote will be issued on or about September 25,
1998. Acquisition is restricted to small business concerns. There is no
charge for solicitation documents. Plans will be available for
inspection without charge at the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, 58
South 950 West, Brigham City Utah 84302 and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife
Service, 134 Union Blvd. Suite 140, Lakewood Colorado 80228 upon
issuance of the request for quotation. Request for quotes should be
submitted to this office by October 15, 1998. Facsimile requests will
