Here to E-mail the POC, dooleym1@cisf.af.mil. The Integrated Space
Command & Control (ISC2) contract is a vehicle for acquiring the
NORAD/USSPACECOM Warfighting Support System (N/UWSS), and for evolving,
sustaining, and providing operational support for the Cheyenne Mountain
Complex (CMC) Legacy C2 Systems; CINC Mobile Alternate Headquarters
(CMAH); AFSPACE Space Operations Center (SOC); USSPACECOM Space
Operations Center (SPOC); AFSPACE Missile Operations Center (MOC) and
the Space Forward Users (e.g., AMWC, NMCC, PACAF, USAFE, etc.). In
addition, this contract vehicle will require integration amongst all of
the systems listed above, as well as provide for integration of these
systems with other DOD C2 systems (e.g., SBIRS, NMD, C2IPS, TBMCS,
etc.). ISC2 goals include: reducing the cost of ownership; increasing
flexibility to respond to rapidly evolving mission needs and technology
insertion opportunities; and improving interoperability between Space
C2 and the warfighting CINC support systems. Contract Value is
currently estimated at $110-130 million per year for approximately a 10
year period and current planning calls for a release of Sources
Sought/Request for Information CBD in early Oct 1998 with a draft RFP
