The National Ground Intelligence Center intends to procure on a Sole Source Basis from APCOM the following items: 1)1800DDR-1 Digital Receiver Module; 2)IDB-10100 10 Bit, 100 MS A/D Input DC; 3)IDB-DECL 12 Bit DECL Input; 4)1800DDB-1 Digital Demodulator Board; 5)ODB-AM/FM-2 AM/FM Demod, Analog and Digital; 6)ODB-PM/AM LOG-2 PM/AM LOG Demod, Analog and Digital; 7)AVME-21R Rack Mount 21 Slot VME Chassis; 8)LF-FPC Looking Glass Keyboard Controller; 9)LG-SC1 System Controller; 10)LG-MON 16" Color Monitor; 11)Hardware Integration. This hardware is required for signals analysis of data. This equipment is specially designed to address specific and unique problems that cannot be resolved with off-the-shelf equipment. Interested vendors are invited to submit a response, within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, which must include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability to meet the above requirements. No solicitation document exists, however, all responses from vendors demonstrating their capabilities will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis, the Contracting Officer may determine that a solicitation will be issued. If a solicitation is issued, no additional synopsis will be published.
