The above equipment is to be maintained by providing all necessary parts, material, and equipment (cleaning, oiling, adjusting, and replacing parts when needed) and repair service (all intervening calls) to keep the equipment in first-class operating condition. This preventative maintenance contract shall be for the period of October 1, 1998 through September 30, 1999. Contractor shall provide pricing for base year (FY 1999) and four (4) option years through September 30, 2003. Maintenance shall be performed during regular working hours which are 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. The service representative must be a certified technical representative capable of keeping this equipment up and operational according to current industry standards.
