The Lending Closet supports military and civilian personnel in their relocation process by providing basic items necessary for daily living on a temporary basis. The Lending Closet is part of the Relocation Assistance Program at the Army Community Service in Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. Period of performance is a Base Year (01 October 1998 through 30 September 1999) and one Option Year (01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000). Unit of issue is dollars per month with an estimated number of 40 working hours per week. Magnitude of the proposed procurement is below $100,000.00. A written solicitation is estimated to be issued on 11 September 1998. The anticipated award date is 25 September 1998.
