The contractor shall provide two (2) one-week courses, of forty hours duration each, to train fitness coordinators and one (1) three-day course, of twenty four hours duration, for recertification of training coordinators. The contractor must provide a minimum of two (2) instructors for each course, provide and ship all pertinent manuals and training materials to the designated facility, and develop a course manual which will enable the Secret Service to develop customized programs for Secret Service employees. All training will take place at the James J. Rowley Training Center in Laurel, MD. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract to the offeror whose quotation conforming to the specification will be the most price advantageous to the Government.
