Texcel Research, Bethesda, MD is the developer of Texcel Information Manager products and is the only known source who can provide the approximately 200 hours of training and on-site consulting services. This announcement constitutes the RFP and is the only solicitation that will be issued. A sole source proposal is being requested pursuant to this announcement and shall reference requisition N6591298Q0032. This solicitation incorporates all of the applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 97-04,as if stated in full text, as well as the terms and conditions of FAR 52.212.-1. A firm fixed priced commercial items purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures, will be issued.
