Description of work is as follows: a. Item 1: Basis Bid: Item 1 shall be interior renovations, minor mechanical retrofit, minor electrical retrofit, new lighting, new interior finishes, fire extinguishing sprinkler system, new plumbing fixtures and new door hardware. b. Item 2: Option 1: Item 2: replacement of the existing roofing system with the new roofing system indicated. c. Item 3: Option 2: Item 3: provide vanity cabinets for the lavatories in each of the berthing rooms and VIP Suites. and d. Item 4: Option 3: Item 4 move furnishing identified on the drawings to a storage location as directed by the government. The options may be exercised at time of award, or at a later date up to a period of 180 calendar days. The bids will be evaluated inclusive of the options.
