Description: 3 Horse Trailer converted to a 2 Horse Trailer allowing for extra stall width to include a six foot dressing room. 2. Dimension: Inside width -minimum 80 inches; inside height-minimum 90 inches; stall length-minimum 90 inches; head space-minimum 42 inches; dressing room-minimum 72 inces. 3. Body & Roof Construction: Roof & front panels constructed of aluminum skin; sides & tailgate constructed of F.R.P. material. Double roof bows. Floor: laminated oak ship lap floor minimum 1 1/2 inches thick. Interior dome lights, minimum of (3), 12 volt w/protective len cover, one in front, one in rear and one in dressing room. Escape Doors, (3), one on each side minimum of 30 inches wide by minimum of 65 inches in height, sliding bus type windows with screen and bar guards, stainless steel piano hinge with 1/4 inch brass pin. Doors shall be hinged so as to swing towards front of trailer. Doors shall be capable of full 180 degree swing, equipped with hold-open latches and have both interior and exterior latching handles. One locking escape door on dressing room and a locking door between stall area and dressing room. Install tie ring above each escape door on interior of trailer. Nose Window, one in front of trailer, awning type with screen and bar guard. Side Windows, one on each side with screen and bar guards. Stall Divider, fully padded F.R.P. board. Head divider, fully padded F.R.P. board. Rump Bars, one on each side of trailer. Breast Bars, one on each side of trailer, padded and capable of opening in both directions. The sides, stall divider, and two swinging breast bars shall be padded. Kickplates, on both sides and on stall divider. Stall Mats, minimum 3/4 inch thick solid rubber, full length of and width of stalls. Feed Bags, two. Storm doors on back with windows. Full gravel guard around nose of trailer and both fenders. Tailgate, sping assisted drop down ramp with steel drop pin safeties. Tailgate shall be constructed of pressed 1/2 inch aluminum, F.R.P. material and one solid 3/4 inch minimum rubber matting. Paint, shall be Dupont Imron (or equal) White in Color. Wiring, shall be 14 gauge, color coded, enclosed in protective conduit. Dressing Room carpeted throughout, to include two saddle racks and two bridle hooks. 4. Chassis: Four wheel electric brakes. Reinforced tongue for equalizers, minimum of 48 inches long. Coupler to fit 2 5/16 inch ball. Front jack stand fully retractable (crank down type). Safety chains. Electric lights/brake hook-up connector 6 way. Undercoating fenders and undercarriage. Exterior lights to conform to I.C.C. lighting regulations. Tires, P335 X 15, 8 ply. Four on the ground and one spare tire and wheel. Leaf Spring Suspension, 1 3/4 inch wide 4 leaf springs with 2200lbs capacity per spring. 5. Trailers shall be delivered to the United States Park Police Property Office at 6th & Penn Street, NE, Washington, D.C. 20002, Complete with capability of off loading. 6.
