The services required will required the contractor to provide assistance to R-2508 (Air Space Complex including China Lake and Edwards) in installing calibrated ozone sensors and TEOM (Tapered Element Oscillating Microbalance) continuous dust monitors at sites specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide Ozone and TEOM monitor calibration, installation and operation, surface met tower audit and data collection, quality checking and reporting as described in SOW. Additional information will be provided in the RFQ. The other than full and open competition is based on Sonoma unique capabilities to provide the required services.
