This is a Non-personal service contract for a Polysomnographic/Electroencephalographic lead technician in the Neurology department, Naval Medical center San Diego Ca, for the period 01 Oct 98 thru 05 JUN 99. You must meet all the minimum personnel qualifications (see attachment on SOW) and be able to provide the requirements being requested for.
